"Bootcamp is the time I invest in me - it helps keep me in shape (weight and fitness wise), I get to socialise and by going to bootcamp it helps
me feel better about the little treats I have e.g. full cream milk.
Also I feel like I've made a commitment to you, and myself to come to bootcamp and I feel guilty when I don't make it."...
