"My initial goal was to gain fitness and lose weight! K-FiTT training methods have exceeded my expectations, I am now fitter than I have been in over five years, have lost over 4 kg in a few months and my body is also now a lot more toned! The K-FiTT bootcamps are great fun. It's outdoors, with a mixed group of ladies from various ages and fitness levels. Kim supplies lots of encouragement to all the ladies and everyone becomes very supportive even when you really don't feel like exercising. There is a great variety of exercises from cardio, weights, medicine ball work and boxing! Training outdoors is excellent - lots of fresh air and a great environment. Kim is lovely natured, but don't let this fool you, she'll work you hard, but within your fitness levels. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, enjoyable workout that you actually look forward to and where you get real results. All I can say is "Do it,you'll definitely get results and have fun at the same time!"..

"I can't say in words how wonderful I think Kim is, but I will give it a go. I met Kim through the gym and I loved doing boot camps through the gym, only with Kim though. The other trainers who would do a one off when Kim couldn't be there really lacked the drive, orginiality and enthusiasm that Kim has! I also did one hour personal training through the gym with Kim for a couple of years, I was so glad when Kim decided to start K-FiTT as it meant I could give up the gym membership - it not only made sense to cut out the middle man but it was also getting impossible to get a personal training session with Kim because she is in such hot demand! Kim has motivated me and encouraged me all the way, I even ran my first city 2 surf. Kim's boot camp is challenging, rewarding and surprisingly fun. I think the world of Kim and regard her as a friend now. Hope to see you at one of Kim's bootcamps soon!"..
