Mums and Bubs Bootcamp is the place to be for new mums who want to enjoy exercise, while socialising with other mothers, and getting their pre-baby bod back, but don’t want to be leaving their bub in a creche.
Instead you will be exercising with your little one close to you in the great outdoors!

Babes in prams can be sleeping, spectating and even participating!
So if you want the opportunity to get back into the swing of exercise, safely and effectively with your very own Personal Trainer, the fittest Nanna in Town!!

You would have received an email from my sister in law Vicki Kevans. I am keen to get my fitness back now that my 7 week old bub and I are getting into a routine. I could only come on Wednesdays and Fridays. Is it possible just to come two days a week, or do you have to sign up to all three.
