A personalised fitness regime, where we initially chat and set SMART realistic goals that suit you and your lifestyle. Where you will receive advice on healthy eating and planning your day to fit it all in.

Regular fitness assessments to measure your progress (without a calliper in sight!) including upper body, core and leg strength, cardio fitness, BMI and girth measurements, just to name a few.

You have the choice of training outdoors at the local park (my favourite), conveniently training at your home, your office, or my home gym.  We will use kettle bells, TRX, dumbbells, boxing and body weight exercises just to name a few.

The hour sessions will be catered to your needs, giving you a challenging yet fun experience!

Most importantly, you will receive constant support, encouragement and motivation to help you succeed with your health and fitness goals.
