Do you need to be fit to attend the Bootcamp program?
Definitely not! That’s why you come to K-FiTT Bootcamp. All levels of fitness are catered for, from ‘Couch Potatoes’ just starting out, where technique and encouragement are most important, to the super fit – who need to be challenged and pushed that little bit extra!
What type of results can I expect from Bootcamp?
K-FiTT Bootcamp achieves significant improvements in the following areas in as early as two weeks:
- Fat loss
- Muscle tone
- Muscular endurance
- Cardio-vascular endurance
- Muscular strength
What makes K-FiTT Bootcamp different to other so called “Boot Camp” programs?
K-FiTT Bootcamp is the ‘Real Deal’. You will achieve measurable results in the first 4 weeks and every 4 weeks you will be challenged with a fitness test to prove this.
Every single session will challenge you, not only physically, but often mentally and emotionally. Bootcamp programs are periodised and varied, meaning that every single session requires you to work harder than the last!
Also, here at K-FiTT Bootcamp it just isn’t about the exercise, but about nutrition, motivation and support!

Who instructs K-FiTT Bootcamp?
K-FiTT Bootcamp is Instructed by Australasia’s only fully qualified organization of “BOOTCAMP INSTRUCTORS’.
These Instructors undergo a rigorous training camp and assessment, administered by Motivate to Train Organization under Fitness Australia regulations.
What do I need to bring with me to Bootcamp?
You will need to dress in a comfortable t-shirt, running shorts or tights and sport shoes. To each session you should bring the following:
- a jumper or windcheater (to put on before you warmup and after you have finished training)
- a hat
- a towel
- a bottle of water (be sure to hydrate properly the day before you train, as it is too late to try and do it once you start the session)
- asthma puffer if required
Once I commence the Bootcamp program, can I receive a refund if I need to stop?
No refunds will be given after course commencement. To enquire about the possibility of putting your enlistment on hold, you should email me with the details.
